Real Estate Legal Counsel — Title & Compliance

Lead legal due diligence for residential + commercial land acquisitions across Telangana. Review titles, draft sale agreements, manage RERA filings, and represent the company in arbitrations.

• Review 8-12 land deals per quarter
• Draft + negotiate sale agreements, JDAs, JV contracts
• Manage RERA registrations + quarterly disclosures
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation
• Train internal team on compliance

• LLB / LLM with Bar Council enrollment
• 4+ years real estate / land law experience
• Strong Telangana title chain expertise
• RERA filing experience
• Litigation exposure preferred
