Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all refunds and cancellations for PropYaar subscriptions, marketplace credits, and platform services offered by PropYaar Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. For questions, contact us at billing@propyaar.com.

Eligible for Refund
  • New subscriber, monthly plan, within 7 days
  • New subscriber, annual plan, within 30 days
  • Unused Boost credits within 60 days
  • Platform error causing incorrect charge
Not Eligible
  • Monthly plan cancelled after 7-day window
  • Consumed API packs or ad credits
  • One-time setup or integration fees
  • GST component of any invoice
Partial Refund
  • Annual plan cancelled after 30 days (pro-rata)
  • Builder project phases not yet commenced
  • Platform downtime exceeding SLA (service credit)
