Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all refunds and cancellations for PropYaar subscriptions, marketplace credits, and platform services offered by PropYaar Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. For questions, contact us at billing@propyaar.com.
- New subscriber, monthly plan, within 7 days
- New subscriber, annual plan, within 30 days
- Unused Boost credits within 60 days
- Platform error causing incorrect charge
- Monthly plan cancelled after 7-day window
- Consumed API packs or ad credits
- One-time setup or integration fees
- GST component of any invoice
- Annual plan cancelled after 30 days (pro-rata)
- Builder project phases not yet commenced
- Platform downtime exceeding SLA (service credit)

Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. This document is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
